Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from COZMOZONE Inc. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the details below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cozmozone.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care and beauty products (for health and hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you need is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: Processing times vary by bank and credit card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@cozmozone.com.

EVENT TICKETS & PRE-ORDERS

  • Event tickets and pre-orders are subject to the specific pre-order and cancellation terms outlined in our Terms of Service (see Section 6).

  • In most cases, event tickets are non-refundable within 60 days of the event.
